“A lot of people think that Pilates is boring, and I really like to convince people otherwise. I loved Pilates right away. Not only will you discover muscles you didn’t even know existed until now, but Pilates will clear your head and if I’m in a bad mood, I know I’ll just “breathe it out” ϑ. Pilates is also great as a kind of psycho hygiene, great for removing incorrect movement stereotypes and years of inactivity. If Pilates becomes a daily part of your “routine” life, your physical condition will improve, your figure will become more beautiful, pain will be eliminated and you will feel FIT.
Pilates has found many new supporters in Slovakia in the last few years, it is becoming more and more popular. I came to this method completely by accident and also due to incorrect body posture, and I can say that I completely fell for it. It is a really great method and due to its variability, it is intended for young and old, physically active and less active – it is simply suitable for every individual.
I am fascinated by his adherence to the principles: concentration, precision, control, breathing and power center (power house, center of the body) and, above all, progress!

Pilates emphasizes engaging the correct muscle groups, correct posture, correct breathing, precise and consistent execution of individual exercises. It focuses on stretching shortened and strengthening weakened muscle groups.
